Digital Energy today announced the release of ODIN Safety – a health, safety and environment (HSE) application that predicts and avoids incidents using artificial intelligence (AI).

ODIN Safety provides industrial sites with an immediate impact on safer operations by leveraging AI and digital twin technology. With Digital Energy’s unique HSE knowledge library, and AI-powered predictive HSE, any organization can quickly access predictive safety insights augmented by the Bentley iTwin platform. ODIN Safety provides leading indicators and real-time digital advisory for risk assessments, permitting and other key forms. With ODIN Safety data and insights visualized with iTwin technology, it is very easy for any team or manager to quickly assess relevant activities and key areas of focus for a given period while minimizing any key messages potentially lost during a shift handover or during a toolbox talk.

“We are thrilled to release the ODIN Safety application and include it in the Powered by iTwin program,” said Carsten Sonne-Schmidt, CEO, at Digital Energy. The ODIN Safety solution helps managers and workers keep safe. It leverages existing data, a trained AI algorithm and the digital twin to visualize leading indicators for risk against discipline, location, and life-saving rules. This enables an organization to quickly prioritize their HSE focus to mitigate potential incidents. This is a game changer for how we think and plan HSE related activities.

“We are delighted to have Digital Energy add their ODIN Safety application to the Powered by iTwin program,” said Sheena Gaynes, Director, Business Development, iTwin platform, at Bentley Systems. “In doing so, Digital Energy joins a growing ecosystem of developers building digital twin applications on the iTwin platform. The ODIN Safety application is a great example of how digital twin technology can help industrials to harness the power of AI to optimize operations and increase workforce safety.”
