VESOURCING, a Bahrain based start-up established in May 2020, announced its intention to launch the first comprehensive virtual employment and collaboration platform focusing on business digitalization and virtual employment solutions. The aim is to provide various services and solutions based on the latest applied Artificial Intelligence that keep pace with the new normal in digital transformation & remote work environment and empowering talents for the future jobs.
Mr. Ahmed Abdulla Al Sakran, Founder and Managing Director of VESOURCING, stated that the initial launch of VESOURCING will be with a network covering the Gulf region aiming to create valuable virtual job opportunities and create a marketplace for Corporates, SMEs and entrepreneurs & startups.
He remarked, “The idea of establishing VESOURCING is to support all stakeholders with their virtual employment and remote work requirements as a response to the changes that have reflected the regional labor market and organisations structure. As studies indicate that 2 out of 3 experts in the GCC countries anticipate an increment in the quest for virtual positions, and one fourth of business owners and corporate pioneers in the Gulf region intend to continue working for their employees remotely.”
He added, “Our goal is to provide a package of new services and innovative digital solutions that empower organisations agility, enhance profitability, productivity and cost control by adopting techniques of Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, and Cloud Computing.
With regards to the role that VESOURCING will play in providing quality virtual job opportunities and collaboration tools, Mr. Al Sakran mentioned, “Our platform provides an opportunity for GCC organisations to benefit from the qualified, skilled and specialized Bahraini human capital in various fields & sectors and whom have received advanced training and qualifications, without the need to cross borders. Further, we intend to attract talents, such as qualified job seekers, specialists, consultants, and trained professionals who wish to work remotely, in addition to the workforce that has chosen early retirement and still possesses the energy and experience to be part of the ecosystem.”
