Etisalat and Orange\u00a0have come together\u00a0to establish an IPX peering point at\u00a0Etisalat\u2019s SmartHub<\/a>\u00a0PoP in UAE, improving its international wholesale arm\u2019s reach across partners in the region and meeting the increasing demand for\u00a04G<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a05G<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0connectivity. Etisalat\u00a0SmartHub\/IPX<\/a>\u00a0peering\u00a0platform is neutral for mobile carriers to enhance customer experience for roaming customers, and will help address the IoT roaming business where lower latency is essential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the\u00a0Etisalat SmartHub<\/a>,\u00a0Orange\u2019s international wholesale arm will have\u00a0presence in the Middle East to support its global infrastructure, interconnections, capacity and expand its reach into the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. The\u00a0IPX<\/a>\u00a0peering agreement will enable the company to further support the global telecom infrastructure requirement of its existing customers as well as tap new markets with its specialised telecom services and solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
