within the framework of the digital transformation of the Oil & Gas sector in the United Arab Emirates, Business France<\/strong><\/a>, the national agency supporting the international development of the French economy, organized alongside two leading O&G French multinationals TOTAL<\/a> and TechnipFMC<\/a>, the 1st<\/sup>virtual edition of the French Energy Days with<\/strong>ADNOC<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Held under the patronage of HE Xavier Chatel<\/strong>, Ambassador of France to the UAE<\/strong> and Dr Saif Sultan Al Nasseri, CEO of ADNOCGas Processing<\/strong>, the event took place on December16th<\/sup>, 2020 and highlighted promising solutions from a select delegation of 12 companies, in the field of Digitalization, Energy Efficiency, O&G 4.0 technologies, Robotics.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among the audience, ADNOC employees attended the sessions to understand how the French expertise could contribute to the ambitious Ruwais TransformationProgram aiming to become a fully integrated refining & petrochemicals Hub in the Middle East.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The highlighted solutions focused on energy and cost-savings accross the entire energy production value chain such as installation, maintenance, energy consumptions, targeting a more efficient and sustainable industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In line with \u201cLa French Fab\u201d <\/strong>values, the companies emphasized their efficiency to achieve the growth potential of the 4th<\/sup> O&G industrial revolution, in order to play an active role in accelerating digital transformation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Powered by Business France, along with the French energy community in the UAE, part of the French Business Group Abu Dhabi<\/a>, the French Fab companies tend to respond indeed to the following context: how to enhance ADNOC operational efficiency and maximize its performance while driving profitability?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Foued Kefif, Head of <\/strong>Industry & Cleantech department at Business France in the UAE commented<\/strong> : <\/strong>\u201cwe strongly believe that the industry needs more innovators and entrepreneurs specialized in cutting edge technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, IOT and energy efficiency ; by bringing such fast growing tech companies, we wanted, through the event,to meet ADNOC\u2019s top priorities\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

PcVueSolutions<\/strong><\/a>started the presentations with its technology focused on mastering interfaces between human, systems &connected things.Suez<\/strong><\/a> provided an overview of Water, Wastewater, Waste (HZW) solutions and integrated services. Nexson<\/strong><\/a>presented its design and fabrication of compact welded heat exchanger. Inertia<\/strong><\/a>talked about its engineering expertise in drilling assets. The French Company Febus Optics<\/strong><\/a>discussed about its distributed optical fiber sensing. From silicon integration to breakthrough analysers, Apix Analytics<\/strong><\/a>covered the reinventing gas chromatography in Oil & Gas sector. How to get more from data,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

every day, at every plant, on every line was the focus presented by Braincube<\/strong><\/a> ; while M<\/strong>etron<\/strong><\/a>talked about how to unlock new energy saving opportunities with its platform for energy efficiency. The Performance Management for the Energy and Maritime industries was brought to ADNOC employees by Opsealog<\/strong> <\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Edge Tech<\/strong><\/a>spotlighted the launch of its Intelligent & Connected Sensors for Process Industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Highlighting the company\u2019s motto\u201cfocused on doing essential things\u201d<\/em>, Veolia <\/strong><\/a>spokesperson, talked about its sustainable and innovative solutions to meet operational performance and environmental compliance goals<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
